Magnolia Springs is one of Madison County’s best kept secrets! Our deed restricted community is located in Harvest, Alabama with 532 homes. Our association features a two story community clubhouse with a full kitchen, porches that overlook a Jr. Olympic sized pool, two beautiful stocked lakes and walking trails that connect to our area elementary school, Endeavor Elementary.
Our community has an active Board of Directors, Architectural Review Committee, Neighborhood Watch, and Social Committee with planned events throughout the year including July 4th fireworks, Breakfast with Santa, and more!

Huntsville International Airport is approximately 13 miles from our community, just down County Line Road.
Schools
- Endeavor Elementary School is a K-5 state of the art elementary school and adjoins the neighborhood and connects to it with two sidewalks. It is located in one of the fastest growing areas in the Madison County school system. - Monrovia Middle School serves grades 6-8 and currently has approximately 1150 students. Monrovia Middle proudly offers many enrichment activities for students. Monrovia Middle is a large school with a small school feel. https://www.madison.k12.al.us/Schools/mms
- Sparkman High School Ninth Grade Academy was established in 2006 and currently has an enrollment of approximately 675. - Sparkman High School was established in 1958 and currently has an enrollment of approximately 1800 students for grades 10-12.
