Hughes Properties, Inc. (HPI) has been retained as our property management company. They are responsible for the day to day operations and work under the direction of the HOA Board of Directors to provide the services needed for our community. No decision is made without specific instructions and input from the Board of Directors. Some of the duties performed by HPI include:
Manage Clubhouse Rentals
Point of Contact for Neighborhood Complaints
Notify Residents of any Covenants and Restrictions Violations
Receive and Process Dues Payments
Receive and Process Requests for Exterior Home Improvement Projects
Manage HOA Finances
Maintain Association Records
Maintain the Master Clubhouse Calendar
