  • How do I get a pool card?
    1. Complete your application at the club house, and provide documented proof of residency
    2. First 2 cards are free all others are $10.00s each
    3. Replacement cards (lost or stolen) are $10.00s
    4. Those over the age of 14 can obtain a card
    5. 2 guest passes per household.
    6. Method of payment is by personal check made out to the MSHOA and

    The HOA dues are currently $385 and are due yearly by 1 October.
  • Is pool membership included in my HOA dues?
    Yes, pool membership is included.
  • What are the Clubhouse hours?
    Winter Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:00-9:00 PM.
    Summer hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00-9:00 PM.
  • Who do I contact if I want to rent the Clubhouse?
